Every package includes the décor and hire items listed on the card, styling, and setup on the day by our team. Delivery and collection are charged separately, usually around R1,600 for most Gauteng venues, and confirmed upfront in your quote.

A 70% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due a week before your event. We accept payment by EFT.
Absolutely, every package is a starting point. Add extras like marquee letters, a champagne wall or more balloons, or swap items to suit your theme, and we'll tailor your quote.
Some items may require a refundable security deposit, but we waive it for many bookings. We'll always tell you upfront if it applies.
If you cancel or postpone at least 14 days before your event, your deposit can be refunded or moved to a new available date. Please contact us as early as possible so we can help.
