Everything you need to know before booking with us
How much does event planning cost in Midrand?
Our event packages start from R2,500 for a restaurant table setup and R3,500 for an Essential birthday setup, and wedding packages start from R15,000. Individual décor hire starts from R150 per item. Every event is unique, contact us for a personalised quote.
Do you deliver and set up at my venue?
Yes, setup on the day is included in all our event packages. Delivery and collection are charged separately, usually around R1,600 for most Gauteng venues. We serve Midrand and surrounding areas, including Johannesburg, Sandton, Centurion, Waterfall, Carlswald and Fourways.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For peak seasons (December, Valentine's Day, school holidays), 6–8 weeks ahead is advisable. Last-minute bookings may be possible. Contact us to check availability.
Do you offer full packages or can I hire individual items?
Both! You can book one of our all-inclusive event packages or hire individual items: backdrops, marquee letters, welcome boards, easel stands, and more. Browse our hire catalogue for standalone options.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we work 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays, 08:00–20:00. Weekend and peak-season slots fill up fast, so early booking is always recommended.
