How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during business hours (Mon–Sun, 08:00–20:00). For the fastest response, WhatsApp us directly: we're usually available same day.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my event date?
Yes, for event packages, a 70% deposit secures your date and the balance is due a week before your event. Gift orders are paid in full upfront. We accept EFT.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT (bank transfer) and cash payments. Payment details are provided when your booking is confirmed. Please note we do not currently accept credit card payments.
Can you help with events outside Midrand?
Yes, we regularly service Johannesburg, Sandton, Centurion, Waterfall, Carlswald, and Fourways. For events further afield, please enquire and we'll advise on whether we can accommodate your location and what the delivery cost would be.
Can I speak to someone before committing to a booking?
Absolutely, we encourage it. Chat with us on WhatsApp or call us before committing. This helps us understand your vision and provide a fully tailored quote. In-person consultations can also be arranged upon request.
