When to book your year-end function

November and December book up fast. As a guide:

• October to early November: the best time to enquire for a December function.
• Two to four weeks ahead: our usual recommendation outside the busy season (6–8 weeks for December).
• A week before: the balance is due. Your date is secured when you pay the 70% deposit by EFT.
